Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director best known as the star of Birdman. He is a versatile actor who is adept in playing comical in addition to dramatic roles. He also has played several romantic characters and appeared in several action thrillers during his professional career. When he was in his teens, he developed an interest for acting and performance. He then tried comedy stand-up shows when he was a teenager. This was not a very successful stand-up career, however it opened the door to pursue a career in acting. It was not easy to find success as comedian, so it was his turn to be a television cameraman at a cable channel. When he was working in the station that he realised that really wanted to be present in front of cameras. After that, he was offered a TV performance, starring in several episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. His natural ability as an actor made him popular in the world of television. The comedic role he played earned his fame as well as a lucrative film career. In addition, he received acclaim for his portrayal of the famous Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. In time, he developed in his acting skills and ventured into production and direction. His role in Birdman (2014), he was awarded numerous nominations and awards.
